The plaque carries a QR code that opens a Lasting Legacy link. After the code is claimed, a scan opens the memorial profile. An unclaimed code opens setup so the plaque can be activated.

A claimed code redirects to the memorial profile. An unclaimed code stays on the activation page so the family can finish setup. A disabled or unknown code shows that the plaque is unavailable.

Lasting Legacy costs $399 CAD. Billing is One-time payment. Preservation is 50-year preservation. Lasting Legacy AI costs $699 CAD. Billing is One-time payment. Preservation is Lifetime preservation. Visitors can leave a guestbook message on a memorial when that memorial accepts messages. Editing the memorial itself follows the account permissions on that profile.

Funeral homes, cemeteries, and celebrants can apply at Become a Partner. After approval, the partner portal supports QR inventory, referral links, and commission on qualifying attributed orders. Payout terms are shown in the partner account after onboarding.
